Ingredients

plain yogurt
the thicker the better such as Greek yogurt
1/4
cup
coarsley grated cucumber
leave peel on, squeeze dry in paper towels or towel

tbsp
red onion
finely chopped
1
tsp
fresh mint

oz
container of hummus
3/4 to 1 cup
1/2
cup
tomato
seeded and chopped
1/2
cup
feta cheese
crumbled, about 2 oz
Pita wedges
Instructions
In a small bowl, stir together yogurt, cucumber, onion and mint. Set aside.
Spread hummus on a 9-10 inch plate.
Spread yogurt mixture over hummus.
Sprinkle with tomato and feta cheese.
Garnish with additional mint and grated cucumber if desired
