1lbfresh or frozen medium size fillets preferrable skinless
1/3cupplain yogurt
2tbspmustardDijon or yellow
2tsponionfinely chopped
2tspdill
1-1/2tbspmayonnaise
salt & pepper
2tbspparmesan cheesegrated
1/2cupcheddar cheesegrated
dashsweet paprika
lemon wedges to garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450oF. Place fish in greased baking dish. Combine yogurt, mustard, onion, dill and mayonnaise. Salt and pepper the fish and spread mixture over the top of the fish. Bake 10-12 minutes per inch of thickness of fish. Sprinkle fish with cheeses and paprika and broil for 1 minute. Serve with lemon wedges.
