1/3cupsoy sauce
2tbspwater
1/4cupwhite sugar
1/2tspground ginger
1/4tspgarlic powder
1/4tsponion powder
1/4tspdry mustard
1/8tspground pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350oF.Arrange chicken in a single layer in a baking dish. Combine rest of ingredients in a small bowl. Stir well. Pour over chicken. It may be refrigerated at this point or placed in the preheated oven. Cook for 30 minutes. Allow an extra 2 minutes if refrigerated. Baste. Cook for an additional 20 to 40 minutes till skin is crispy and chicken is cooked through. Meat thermometer should register 180oF in thickest piece. Spoon fat from top of sauce before serving.
