Wash and dry chi ken quarters In a bowl, mix ½ cup flour nutmeg and cinnamon. Coat chicken with this mixture. Place sweet potatoes and pineapple in a large sprayed slow cooker. Then place chicken on top. In a bowl, combine chicken soup, orange juice and remaining flour. Pour over chicken. Cover and cook on low power for 7-9 hours or high power 3-4 hours. Serve over buttered rice.
