Layered Greek Dip

Ingredients
- 6 oz plain yogurt the thicker the better such as Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup coarsley grated cucumber leave peel on, squeeze dry in paper towels or towel
- 1 tbsp red onion finely chopped
- 1 tsp fresh mint
- 8 oz container of hummus 3/4 to 1 cup
- 1/2 cup tomato seeded and chopped
- 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbled, about 2 oz
- Pita wedges
Instructions
- In a small bowl, stir together yogurt, cucumber, onion and mint. Set aside.
- Spread hummus on a 9-10 inch plate.
- Spread yogurt mixture over hummus.
- Sprinkle with tomato and feta cheese.
- Garnish with additional mint and grated cucumber if desired
