Dilly Baked Fish Filet

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb fresh or frozen medium size fillets preferrable skinless
  • 1/3 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp mustard Dijon or yellow
  • 2 tsp onion finely chopped
  • 2 tsp dill
  • 1-1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • salt & pepper
  • 2 tbsp parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese grated
  • dash sweet paprika
  • lemon wedges to garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 450oF.
    Place fish in greased baking dish.
    Combine yogurt, mustard, onion, dill and mayonnaise.  
    Salt and pepper the fish and spread mixture over the top of the fish.
    Bake 10-12 minutes per inch of thickness of fish. 
    Sprinkle fish with cheeses and paprika and broil for 1 minute.
    Serve with lemon wedges.
