Caribana Chicken Special – Slow Cooker

Ingredients
- 6 chicken quarters breast with leg attached
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour plus 2 tbsp
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 large sweet potoates peeled and sliced
- 1 can pineapple chunks with juice
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2/3 cup orange juice
Instructions
- Wash and dry chi ken quarters In a bowl, mix ½ cup flour nutmeg and cinnamon. Coat chicken with this mixture. Place sweet potatoes and pineapple in a large sprayed slow cooker. Then place chicken on top. In a bowl, combine chicken soup, orange juice and remaining flour. Pour over chicken. Cover and cook on low power for 7-9 hours or high power 3-4 hours. Serve over buttered rice.
