Marinated Flank Steak

Ingredients
  

  • 1-1/2 lb flank steak
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp Asian chili sauce
  • 1 tsp black pepper freshly ground

Instructions
 

  • Combine the ingredients in a flat glass dish or re-sealable bag.
    Place meat in marinade.  Cover and seal. 
    Marinate in the refrigerator for 6 hours or overnight, turning 2 to 3 times.
    Prepare grill and grill steak.
    Carve the steak into thin slices on the diagonal, against the grain. 
    Serve hot.
