
Marinated Flank Steak

- BBQ or grill
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 lb flank steak
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp Asian chili sauce
- 1 tsp black pepper freshly ground
Instructions
- Combine the ingredients in a flat glass dish or re-sealable bag. Place meat in marinade. Cover and seal. Marinate in the refrigerator for 6 hours or overnight, turning 2 to 3 times. Prepare grill and grill steak. Carve the steak into thin slices on the diagonal, against the grain. Serve hot.
