Crab Dip

Equipment
- Oven safe small casserole dish or ramekin
Ingredients
- 6 oz crab meat 1 tin, drained
- 12 oz cream cheese
- 2 tsp onion finely chopped
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp horseradish
- 1/8 tsp curry powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400oF.Combine all ingredients and put in an oven safe bowl. Grate cheddar cheese on top.Bake for 15 minutes. Turn oven temperature down to 250oF for another 10 minutes. Serve hot.
